Installation and commissioning is where equipment becomes a working cell. We install and integrate BTS, RF and microwave systems, then commission them against the operator’s acceptance plan rather than leaving site on a power-on and a handshake.
Crews mount and cable the radios, align antennas and microwave links to the design azimuth and tilt, and integrate the site into the core. Every link is swept, every connector is torqued and labelled, and the parameters are checked against the planning sheet.
Each site leaves with a signed acceptance pack: sweep traces, alignment records, integration logs and as-built diagrams loaded into the operator asset platform. That record is what lets the NOC trust the site and the next contractor read it at a glance.
Applies to macro and small-cell sites, microwave backhaul terminals, in-building head-ends and capacity upgrades on live networks. The same install and commissioning discipline supports swap-out programmes, single-RAN migrations and new-band overlays for GSM, LTE and 5G NR.
